Fellow FB Nigerians, looking at the current state of affairs in our country, most importantly the failure of our government to provide us with safety and security in the midst of the excruciating hardship and poverty which they have created; you would all agree that the time has come for Nigerians all over the world to mobilise a new breed of leaders for our country and flush out the current highly corrupt, inept, insensitive and grandiosely diabolical masters parading as leaders. Unless we begin to think this way and urgently so, there is no future for our children and the country called Nigeria will soon disappear.
From the conduct of the IG, Senators, Governors, down to some recent sorry utterances of our President, you would accept that a group of morally debased and grossly incompetent people are holding us ransom. They have recklessly led and continue to lead us with fear, force, deception, disrespect and intimidation without checks.
PEOPLE, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We must begin to check them now. Our children out of despondency and frustration have become kidnappers, armed robbers, prostitutes, educationally and academically inadequate graduates. This is unacceptable in a democratic society.
Nigeria Diasporas must hold hands and stop the bickering along tribal and religious lines on FB. Ignore the facade of glorious recognition which our leaders tend to send our ways. In the secrecy of their hideous covens, they have no respect for us or our views. Therefore, let us go back to our communities and fish out fully committed, competent and credible patriotic Nigerians who will use their intellectual and democratic patronages to lead Nigeria out of imminent self destruction. I am aware that out of greed and hardship, many of us have compromised ourselves and are therefore as voiceless as some of our complicit and duplicitous leaders who know the truth, but cannot speak. That said I know that there are still many good Nigerians. We simply need to find them.
I adore and admire the bravery of that young man who publicly sent those resounding enough is enough messages to the Minister and his team in New York. There are so many of him in our Diaspora communities. Nigerians, let us find ourselves and arise now. Put your hands in your pockets. Take on extra hour work every week wherever you can find them. Donate that extra hour income to the Nigerian cause and take Nigeria back from these celebrities who only see the privileges of their offices without any sense of duty or responsibility to us. They are only active at high profile social events where they flaunt their loots without any care in the world.
Western Union, Money transfer, Money Gram etc can attest that Nigeria Diasporas are their biggest customers. Friends, Nigeria have enough money to sustain the populace. We are not social security and must stop subsidizing the grotesque life style of a minority at the detriment of the majority. We must restructure and reposition our country with money from within not outside.
It’s our time. We must arise or forever be forgotten. I am doing my bit. What about you? Do your bit now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please share this post as many times as possible. Join your community action groups near you. Empower Nigerians at home with freedom from poor leadership not money from abroad. They need to support themselves and be respected for the labour of their hands.
Freedom not hand outs is the answer.
