Frankly Women could be better leaders if our society could separate culture and religion from corporate governance. It is a subject for intelluctual debate; currently the records of our first ladies are not encouraging judging by their gaps and conducts at the slightest opportunity to showcase leadership

To separate the culture and religion of the country for women to have a shot at leadership will be a herculean task because of how diverse the country is in culture, customs, tribe, religion e.t.c. My take will be that a radical change in thinking will solve the problem as there are a lot of untapped women leaders out there who are waiting to be given a chance!!!
